What are Powerlift products intended for?

Our research products are supplied strictly for research and laboratory purposes only. They are not intended for personal use or human or animal consumption.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.

UK delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, or 1–2 business days with Express Delivery where available.

International delivery usually takes around 5–15 business days after dispatch.

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship to many countries worldwide. Available destinations will be shown at checkout.

International customers are responsible for checking that the products ordered can legally be imported and received in their country for the intended research purpose.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes, where tracking is available for the selected delivery service. Tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees. These are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If it has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will do our best to make the requested change.

What is your returns policy?

Eligible returns should generally be unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

What happens if my parcel is delayed?

Occasional delays can happen due to couriers, customs, weather or other circumstances outside our control. Check your tracking first, and contact us if the estimated delivery period has passed.

Are payments secure?

Yes. Payments are handled securely through our payment provider. Powerlift does not directly store your complete payment card details.
